Pink liquid - show / amniotic fluid?

Ladies help! I've just been laying on sofa for a good 45 mins chilling out and when I went to get up I felt a little gush down below, not much but enough to think oh! I've just wiped and there is pink coloured water on the tissue. Is this the start of a show?

That was what my show was like but I didn't feel a gush. It could be that your waters have started to leak, but could just be a bit of extra cm? The show is caused by the membranes starting to seperate as your cervix begins to dialate. My labour started shortly after but it can take several days for some ladies. A lot of people also refer to loosing your mucus plug as the show. It is a large, usually bloody lump of mucus which can come out whole or in bits. I didn't loose mine until well into labour.

I haven't had anything more since so I'm off to bed to get an early night. I've been cramping and stabbing cervix pain on and off for over a week now so hopefully all together is a good sign.

Sounds like things are gearing up! I only had the pink blood once when I went to the loo and wiped. I didn't get it again. It was just before labour started. Infact I was already getting some irregjular BH type contractions but hadn't thougjht much of it.
