Pinching, pain/pressure right ovary

I've been having pinching/pressure pains in my right ovary. Full on for 2 days, then on and off for past 5. Do you think I have anything to worry about?

When I got it 8/10 dpo thought it could of been but why why I still get it up to now, I'm 15 dpo x

I noted ov pains all the way through my tww, felt like pressure as if something was squeezing my ovary.

I got my bfp that cycle.

That's what it feels like, it comes and goes often but had it over a week pretty much straight now.
Bit of a washing machine belly, had diarrhoea today too.

Yeah I thought I had like a dodgy OV as I was achey on that side pretty much the whole time.

I kept a handheld diary and every day from 7dpo says pressure/pain in OV.
