Ovary pain??

I have had uncomfortable pain around my ovary now for a week - I am now 3 dpo according to OPK so I am unsure what it could be.

I do remember getting pain in my ovary first time round which my Dr said was the corpus luetum (sp) cyst.

I know its way to early for early pg symptoms, but I am a bit mystified - anyone else get this or had this?

I get that occasionally and I believe it is caused (for me, anyway) by cysts forming on my ovaries and just sort of aching for a while. You don't have to have PCOS to get ovarian cysts from time to time, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Half putting it down to pulling something carrying Nicola, she is real clingy at the moment bless her as she has inear infection and I have to carry her everywhere. She is not light anymore at 2yrs and 3 months!!
