pin-prick pains

Anyone else had/having little pin-prick/stabbing pains shooting across right side of ovary area? Had it on and off for 2 days now. quite sore but disappears after couple seconds until it comes again an hour or so later.
No bleeding or anything else.
Should i be worried?

Probably stretching pains but if they are very painful or last for a longer time ring your epu or triage midwife for advise xxxxxxxxx

Iv had that feeling hun, almost like a nerve feeling? I put it down to everything growing I wouldn't worry, I no its worrying tho and mighty painful xx
