pill makes me a biatch

Went to see Doc about contraception and she put me on the pill as OH doesnt like condoms, but after a week of taking it I am swearing and crying and really bad tempered. I dont think the nookie will even happen if I keep shouting at him....

Is it worth persevearing? or shall i chuck them in the bin

Give em a bit longer unless u have something else in mind u want to use. I've only ever used the injection and that made me put on weight. I can't stand the smell of condoms. TMI but we use the pull out and hope for the best method it worked for years for us.

Is this the first time on this particular pill? I would give it a month on them to let your body adjust to the new hormoanes. If still having problems then go back to drs and try another method.

I had this when I went back on the pill and within a week stopped them. Hormone contraceptive has a mixed reaction with me. I had the implant put in a fair few years ago and for the 18 months it was in I was a completely different person. I literally begged the doctor to take it out. However I decided to give it another go and waited a few more months and now I've been on the pill almost 2 months and I'm fine. I felt a little hormonal after the first week or so as it adjusted but it's been fine since then. Maybe give it a bit longer and I'd you don't feel better soon then go the doctor and switch pills
