I did end up back in bed about 4ish 
Although i tried sleeping without the light on and i slept fine after that woohoo so thats great. Still nothing else so thats a relief.
I wish i could slow down ROM but with Hope being such a pain atm i dont get a min for myself, think i need a nap this afters though as im still pooped now
