'Personal Admin' - booked!!

I've booked into my local health spa for for the personal admin treatments I'd promised myself before the birth and before OH comes home on leave - quite excited!

I'm having full leg wax, bikini wax, eyebrow shape & tint, eyelash tint, manicure and pedicure - thinking about having a facial as well but might not as all that lot is gonna take 3 hours as it is!!!

I'm going to be all lovely and smooth and groomed for hubby but mainly it's for myself and the doctors!!!!

i really wanted to book in for a massage but everywhere was full for mum to be packages, so my mum n dad (dont know it yet) but are treating me to a nice massage for xmas

Hmm...tried to shave down there yesterday, I can't see a thing so have no idea how it went, I could have a great long dreadlock going for all I know
Also tried to do my legs but ended up just doing the parts that show if I wear my leggings, got too out of breath trying to lean over lol!
Least I can still do under the arms though

Im the same lol , ive not been able to see down there for months lol so no idea what going on! Ive tried my best to keep it trim but there probably are a few bits i keep missing lol. Id feel embarrassed getting waxed and would probably cry anyway cos even hate getting my eyebrows done lol.
Oh well, im sure the midwives have seen loads of hairy women before lol so im not too bothered!

Yeah the only thing is my SIL said to try and keep hair-free otherwise they have to shave you before they do any stitches (if you tear), and she reckons they used really cheap razors and she ended up with shaving cuts too! It's a little thing but if you've already got pains you don't want extra cuts down there!

I know they used to shave every woman years ago but stopped doing it. I had to get cut last time and needed a few stiches but honestly dont think they shaved me. I suppose it depends on how hairy you are to start off with lmao.

How mad that we do all this for a medical procedure - do u reckon blokes do the back sack and crack before a snip???? ha ha ha x x x

I think I'll go for brazilian too - bit embarassing but I'm sure the beauticians have seen it all before and then some
I don't want the midwife shaving me!!

Hahaha I doubt very much that men even think about this kind of thing - they like us to be all trim and neat but let the Jumanji all hang out themselves!!!

i think cos i cant normally see b4 baby was here, cos i need glasses on 4 everythin, i think ive got quite a good judge on doing it, lol i do check afterwards n touch wood, so far havnt missed any bits, lol

i only ever do my legs up to ma knees anyway, lol so not really struggled with that either cos i stretch my leg out n put it on the taps and stand n just manage to reach, lol

id love to be brave enough to go 4 a brazian wax, but really dont think i will manage it, lol but i realllly dont want to be shaved by the midwifes either,

the things we go through.... lol

'Personal admin' - not heard it called that before - love it!

I'm going to get myself a massage and pedicure booked for when my maternity leave starts (1 week tomorrow!). Think I'll give the waxing a miss though...it's bad enough down there when not pregnant, let alone with increased skin sensitivity!!

Don't know if I would be brave enougth for the brasilian myself, but I do have planned sections and so I shave myself the night before pretty bald to be honest I couldn't stand someone else doing it , and dry!!!
