Hiya ladies, has anyone bought anything from this shop? I can't find any customer reviews on it.
It has a good price on a bugaboo donkey twin which is what I would like. But apparently mothercare wil price match we were told last time in store.

My cousin ordered a bugaboo bee from there and didn't arrive before bubs was born even though she ordered with loads of time to spare. Could just be a one off but I would say as mothercare and John Lewis price match up from there!

My friend ordered her Bugaboo there and it arrived in time but they did say on the website that it can take.up.to 7 weeks so double check

I've ordered my Joolz from Peppermint. I went in to see them in Kingston Upon Thames first and then ordered through them over the telephone as they had an offer for a free carseat on buggies over £500. I've asked for mine to be delivered early April, which they've said is no problem. Hopefully that's when it arrives! I found them helpful in store and not many stock the Joolz, so I was quite limited where I could order it from... Hope that helps x

We ordered a bugaboo pram in May from Peopermint at a baby show. We arranged for it to come around the 11th September. We had no contact after that. We have been chasing them for weeks trying to get out pram delivered. Today on 4th October (almost 4 weeks later) we recieved the pram only to find the cot part and wheel runs missing. So we will be calling yet again.
My sister in law ordered from Peppermint and had to chase them up as well.
I would really advise against ordering from them even with a sale

Would not use this company.

We had nothing but problems. Ordered our pram and a few other bits at the baby show and they did not arrive on time. Had to constantly chase them and the customer service was awful.
