First month Using the monitor and my partner is away with work today. I have just got my first peak.

He isn't due back till tomorrow but could get back tonight (5 hour drive)

He is happy to. Should I ask?

I know there will be a peak day tomorrow too, but we last dtd on Sunday night. So too much of a gap from Sun - We'd I think.

If your OH is as serious as making babies as you then yes! Id ask OH to drive back early!

I had 2 days of +opks and BD'd on both of them however Im still paranoid I didnt do it soon enough.

These windows are very short.

Thanks RM, I have talked self into and out of it all morning.

Sort of surprised to have got a peak first month of using cbfm, so is great. Just need to hope my luteal phase isn't as short this month too!

Awk yeah, he should be wanting to drive back early given the chance to see you!! :p

Hope you catch that egg :sperm::egg:

I would call and tell him to come home!
My hubby is always going away with work, had to tell him via skype when I got preg in Oct lol xD
He hasn't been away during a fertile period though, but i would definitely tell him to come home :P
Good luck!

Thanks all! He is going to do his best to escape early and drive down.

Mad thing is I now think I've got ov pains. But does that make it too late? If I dtd tonight if egg is popped?!?!

I wouldn't worry too much if you have OV pains now - eggs live up to 24 hours. Just DTD ASAP. Good luck! :dust:

Well managed last night and this morning and he is off again for tonight.

Temp not shown ov yet but think that'll confirm tomorrow it happened today.

And then a Christmas 2WW... And just hope the short luteal phase of last cycle stays away.

Aww bless him for driving home! You could still be covered from Sunday as well though. FX for you x
