Hi ladies,
I think there is a fair few of us around the forum with PCOS so I thought it would be nice if we had a thread where we could share tips and useful bits and pieces and just generally support each other.
What PCOS symptoms do you have? I have non-existent menstrual cycle, hair growth on legs, tummy, chest and face, thinning hair on head and bad skin
What are you doing (or have you done in the past) to try to get your bfp and what seems to be working? I am trying to follow a better diet (no junk food, chocolate or sweets, lots of fruit and veg, only complex carbs, no caffeine and little alcohol), having weekly reflexology, taking lots of different supplements and trying to be less stressed!
I think the reflexology is helping a lot - after 3 sessions I got my first natural AF in over a year!
I will be starting clomid in Oct
What are your top tips and what resources would you recommend? I am reading a great book at the moment called "the PCOS diet plan" by Hillary Wright which is brilliant!
