Hi I am new here so would appreciate any advice.
I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS in Feb. I have been off the pill for a year now and have only had 4 periods since, my last bleed being in April 2020. I don't tend to get any spotting before my period, however, since I have only technically had 4 real bleeds in a year I am unsure what is even normal for my body.
This morning I wiped and found a slight pink tinge on the tissue, along with a small string of old blood clot
Other symptoms over the last few days are:
- slightly quest especially after eating
- heartburn and acid reflux
- bloated stomach today
- tiredness where even waking up is difficult in the morning.
My question to you all is:
1. Has anyone experienced this as implantation bleeding?
2. Anyone with PCOS have spotting and light periods (my last period lasted 3 days and was very light)
