Pcos and abnormal bleeding

Hiya , bit confuzzled , i have pcos, not currently taking anything for it , my cycles are normally 50 days ish , my last af was 27th aug , then started spotting 21st sept really light a little smelly and a browny orangy colour , had rwally bad muscle pain all over my body , went to emerg gp last night , high temp , she did a preg test , looked at it after about ten seconds , negative and binned it , i had blood in my urine and lukosites , she told me there was nothing they could do there and to book in with my gp , never really told me what it could be any ideas ?? X

If your temp was high then you have an infection somewhere. Whether it's your urine or not I dunno hun but hope you feel better soon. Drink plenty of fluids and try to rest until you see your gp xxxxxxxx
