Im 9 weeks 5 days now. Ive completely lost all of my nauser. I havent felt of been sick for nearly 2 weeks now. I had a scan at 8 weeks 4 days and everything was fine. HB of 171bpm. We first heard the heart beat at 6 weeks too.

Im still very tired and sleep during the day every day and then im in bed and asleep by about 9:30 and up at 8. Im suffering from bad headaches and I feel im constantly hungry. I also have sore breasts. Other than that thats its.

Have I possibly had a silent miscarrige? Ive booked a private scan for Monday at 6:30pm. I know theres nothing I can do about it. Im constantly paranoid. I dont have much of a bump either. I have always had a bit of a tummy anyway.

What are the chances of miscarrige? Ive not had any bleeding, Ive had no cramping. I suffer from a hiatus hernia, located at the top of my stomach so I get gastro pains but nothing below the belly button. I had few cramps around 3-4 and had nothing since. Now Ive heard a heart beat does the chances of miscarrige go down?

If anyone has any idea please reply.

Thankyou xxxxx

A lot if ladies are saying that their symptoms come and go hun so try not to worry- I'm sure everything will be just fine. Nor sure about some of your specific questions but didn't want to read and run x x

I am nine weeks and have had no symptoms. If I had not missed my period, I would not know I was pregnant at all.

I have had sore boobs, on and off and a bit of dizziness here and there - but that is it.

Had an early scan at 8w 3d and all was fine, heartbeat, yay! :) Had to have this due to some spotting...and can't wait until next scan!

It is usual for symptoms to come and go and symptoms like sickness disappear before 2nd Trimester - women say it is the best trimester because they actually feel really good :)

Hope you can settle and relax - I am thinking of booking a private scan too!! xx

All of my symptoms suddenly disappeared overnight - sore boobs, nausea etc - everything was fine :)

I was the same though and panicked big time.

Please, try not to worry too much, as nausea often does subside quickly, as it did for me around 8-9 weeks and I fretted because I'd had a missed miscarriage before. The fact that you had a scan not so long ago, going on what you said about the nausea not being there for 2 weeks, everything is probably fine. The risk of miscarriage drops significantly after 8 weeks, so try not to worry too much. You could request to see the midwife and ask for her to try and locate the heartbeat with a doppler, but sometimes it's difficult to find before 12 weeks, being so low down in your pelvis.

Having said that, I did hire a doppler for reassurance and found a heartbeat at about 9 weeks or so, though it took slow, patient movement of the doppler. It costs anything from about £10 to £25 per month depending on the model.

What you're experiencing is probably just the normal subsiding of the early symptoms, and feeling better is normal towards the end of the first trimester.Besides, you seem to be clearly having other symptoms, such as tiredness, and the scan showed a strong heartbeat, so please try not to fret too much..won't be long and you'll probably start to feel little flutters!:)

Just read again and realised you've booked a scan for reassurance...chances are you'll see exactly what you saw at your other scan, a strong heartbeat.

When I got to 8 weeks some of my symptoms died down but came back with revengence!! Loss of symptoms doesn't mean anything bad and hearing the hb is also a positive thing! x x

Thankyou so much for all your posts. Just hearing that makes me feel alot better. xxxxx
