OMG!!! This is the first time i have paniced!!

I am positive i havent felt Beth move all morning, tried drinking cold water because midwife said drink something cold!

She just said if i havent felt movement by T-Time then call midwife triage...

Don't panic hun, these babies can slow down if they are having a growth spurt. Can you lay down for a bit, I find if i lay down and chill and rub my belly it normally gets the little man moving after a while, or eat something sugary. If you are still worried or still feel she is not moving def call the midwife for peace of mind. My SIL had a similar thing with her little girl but she had managed to snuggle herself so far up and turned around that she just couldn't feel the kicks xxx

I get days like this alllllll the time and it doesn't get any less worrying so understand your anxiety.

If you can, have a lay on your left side too.

When I get really anxious I give bump a jiggle too, see if that wakes her up at all xxx

I wish i could lay down but i'm at work and dont finish till 5 :( she was moving all night last night and when i went to bed at 10 she was still moving, i am hoping she is just having a lazy day! ive had something sugary something salty and something cold lol...

ive rubbed and poked. i keep thinking a feel something really low down and faint but cant decide if its wind :(

Maybe she wore herself out hun. These babies are such a worry at times, I was expecting movements to slow down as he ran out of room but I did worry when I hadn't felt him a couple of days ago. Just as I was deciding whether to call the midwife he had a full on wriggle and kicked me straight in the ribs. I'm sure she'll wake up and give you a few good boots this afternoon xxx

If its any consolation hun my LO had a very active day and night yesterday and has been really quiet today too (compared to usual anyway) i think she must have worn herself out! Hope your LO has a wriggle for you soon xxx

Try somethin with lots of sugar in it :) that normally wakes Riven up :)

If you get too worried call the maternity unit xxx

Yeah ive tried something sugary, I'm at work and dont drive so i cant just go out either to get something. Hopefuly by time i finish ill have felt her. i know laying down usually wakes her up but i would look daft laying on my desk

I know I aint in Tri 3 yet.
But my little man moves every day ALL the time.

yesterday he moved like probably about 3 times the whole day. Worried me a little bit. And today he's making up for it, must be having a rave in there!

Try and chill out, the stress probably makes her think shes going to wind you up ;)

I think i am feeling something now, def something moving in there! not sure if it is wind or not though lol!

But its really low down for a change i am normally pushing on her because something is under my ribs

so once i am home gonna lay down and have a proper poke and prob and jiggle! because scaring mummy is just not on!

x
