pains in groin :(

anyone else gettin this am even startin to not be able to sleep at night got midwife tomoz so gonna mention it just fort i would see if anyone else is suffering and how the managing it? x

I had that in the first tri and it got quite painful. Mw reckoned it was stretching pains. But best to mention it.

i woke up with horrible pain the other night. thought maybe i need to go toilet tmi or wind but neither happen. it eventually eased off but was very painful was almost in tears as thought something was wrong. xxx

Yeah I've had it too! Like An ache as bad as if you'd done a marathon? I lie on the bed on my back bed my knees then let them flop to the sides while keeping my feet together then get OH to push down on my knees to stretch them like you would if you'd bin running. It hurts but it makes them feel better aftterwards x
