Last night on the way home from work I developed a really severe stomach ache, didn't think i would be able to walk home but i managed it although had to really concentrate on getting there. I tried to lie on my side but it hurt even more, even when baby kicked it hurt, started to worry and then remember hearing a bath is good for stomach pains. So sat in a lovely warm bath for about 45 minutes and the pain went!

Is anyone else suffering from this? I started to think if this is trapped wind and it hurts so much how much is labour going to hurt ;)

I've got my midwife appt in an hour so might mention it as want to avoid it if I can!

I've had trapped wind quite a lot - sometimes its enough to make me double over in pain, but definitely worth asking about.xxx

Dr (MW not in) said its nothing to worry about so just hope it doesn't happen too often. I've always been really fit and well with no pains of any sort so this just freaked me out. thanks ladies.
