Painkillers while pregnant

Apart from Paracetamol what other painkillers have you used while pregnant? I only take paracetamol when I really have to, like today! I've got trapped nerve in my neck and it's agony! I've never had one this bad before. Paracetamol is barely touching the pain ☹️ About to have a warm bath to see if that helps. I can't lay down or move my head side to side. If it's this bad tomorrow i might see a doctor. I'm just really conscious of what I take while pregnant in case it's affects the baby.

go to the gp they can prescribe you codeine if needed
