Pain

Hi ladies
I got my faint bfp today and I'm ecstatic (was). I have lower abdominal pain like period pain and it hasn't stopped. I'm now starting to worry because that's how it started when I had a miscarriage last year.
My OH says I should go to the GP but I think I should wait and do another test to see whether the lines get darker
Thoughts????????

Cramps are quite common, if you are really worried get checked out but if to early and they can't see much on the scan it may make you worry more. Fingers crossed everything is ok xxxx

Period like cramps are normal as your womb needs to stretch to accommodate growth. It's just a horrible thing our bodies do as we associate that pain with bleeding. At an early stage, you wouldn't be able to determine the viability of the pregnancy. Maybe mention it to a GP as they must be able to refer you to EPU for a scan at around 6 weeks as you have previously had a miscarriage. Fingers crossed for you,
