Pain whilst having sex

Hi I am looking for some advice. I’m 7 weeks pregannt and I have found out that I have a cyst on my overay roughly 6cm so quite large which they can’t do anything about and need to keep an eye on it through the pregnancy. It’s an embarrassing thing to speak about but me and my boyfriends just had sex and now I’ve been in so much pain for the last 45 minutes unable to sand. I’ve never had this before, this is my first pregnancy and I don’t know if it’s normal or it could be my cyst?
