Pain in the bum!

I can't sit comfortably For a couple of weeks now, the base of my back is hurting and I just can't sit down! I have to keep shifting from cheek to cheek to relieve the discomfort in "my tail"

Even sitting on the sofa hurts! Anyone else get this

Oh I had the sciatica - not nice, but thankfully gone. Have you tried a hot water bottle on it?

Ooh I remember this pain. It's horrible but there's an easy cure... you have to give birth. Sorry. It's caused by your joints relaxing and all the escess weight pushing down. I think I spent the last 3 weeks of pregnancy leaning forwards on a birthing ball because my bum hurt.

No Budge - it's not my ar$ehole - it's more of a boney pain

I've had discomfort sitting on computer chairs since the beginning of my pregnancy, but since yesterday I've definitely got bad pain round the tail area. I couldn't even lie back in the car for my nap at lunchtime...I had to try getting onto my side to sleep. Not very easy with the stearing wheel there

I hope I don't have this for another 10 weeks

Thats it exactly - makes you feel like you need to shift onto one side to take the pressure off - even when you're on a soft surface
