Ovulation pains????

Had my first positive OPK strip the other day late at day 18 having very bad pain on left side it's like very bad ovulation pain very confused can pregnancy symptoms be like ovulation pains? Did a IC HPT and was negative but still early I suppose

Im kinda having a similar prob, I OV'd CD10 Im now 5dpo and got a big blob of jelly cm and really bad cramping on left lower and in womb, kinda feels like a stitch but I read these could be symptoms of very early preg trying to stay positive! Luck
