Ovulation pain?

So my journey TTC has been a tough one so far , I found out I was pregnant at Xmas but sadly ended in unconfirmed ectopic, it dissolved naturally so I didn’t need medication etc.
Thought I would be patient and wait a full cycle to let my body get back to normal
I am ovulating at the moment and i noticed during sex it felt like a had pains in my ovaries to the point where I was like ‘ouch this hurts’
I’m so unsure whether it’s related to my miscarriage or whether it’s normal for women to experience discomfort around ovulation.

I often get ovulation pain, although not every cycle.

I only used to feel it on the left initially but can feel it on both sides now, so I know which side I've ovulated from.

It is incredibly painful and I am in agony with it and the last thing I want to do is have sex! We've finished having babies now though, so now as and when I do get ov pain I don't need to worry about getting my sexy on, I can neck painkillers, cuddle my hot water bottle and demand sympathy!

As far as I'm aware it's very normal. It happens to me pretty much every month and sex can be very painful. If I go on top it feels like my insides are being stabbed (with a knife haha). If your worried about it speak to your GP!

I think ovulation pain is quite normal, though it can be very different for different people. Personally, I don't feel a thing but I know it's common for lots of ladies.

Really ? I get it like af is coming some times it’s so crampy and then sometimes it feels like pinchy sharp pain. I always get pain .... and more I’m aware of my body the worse it seems to get
