Ovulation Help!

For first time in my life I am looking out for signs of ovulation (eeek!) now this is a bit gross but CM is white so am I in the zone??? I did check my BBT but as my thermometer just arrived its the first day so not sure!!!! Help

It should be like raw egg white when you're fertile, creamy cm is what you get before your ewcm.

Well my cycles are long, 40 days. So I start with it about cd9 or 10 & it lasts up to cd 20, but I don't know about a regular cycle.

Im averaging a 29 day cycle but really unsure about it all!!

Is it your 1st cycle checking cm? Best thing to do is monitor it over a few cycles, you'll soon know what's going on & when.

Are you using opks or just charting CM & temp?

Could even get a few cheapies jus until you know when you are due to OV and notice the diff in CM. Should be clear stretchy like

First month checking so its all a bit strange and unusual!! I dont ever recall ever seen anything remotely stretchy down there!!! /

If you've been on the pill or some other forms of contraception you probably won't have seen it but its crazy how much you fail to notice about your own body until you're really paying attention! x

Had been on pill for 12yrs but been off it for about 10mths- its all a bit confusing / eeek!
