I’m five foot 2 and classes has overweight. Although we’ve been having unprotected sex for the past 6 years .. we didn’t fall pregnant until February this year ( we wasn’t actively trying) An funnily enough I’m actually heavier/fatter now than all those years ago ha

Since the miscarriage we started trying .. on to our second month. We know we can conceive. Just wondering if any of you ladies have managed to carry full term being classed has overweight? I’m considering stopping trying until I lose weight but being nearly 38 ... can’t really be putting things on hold!!

not personally but I've 3 cousins who are all very overweight/obese. they all managed to conceive no problems. one of them had pregnancy complications due to her weight but she still Carried to term

good luck

Again not personally but I have known people to carry healthy babies full term while being overweight
If you're trying to lose weight anyway why don't you continue with a healthy eating plan while trying to conceive; if you do something like slimming world you can keep it up even if you do get pregnant. That way you aren't taking a break from trying

Thank you both... I’ll look into slimming world.. either way I know it needs to be done. Is slimming world a safe diet while you’re pregnant though?

Yes; you just have extra healthy extras while pregnant.

I follow it now and plan on continue to follow it to avoid gaining too much weight when pregnant. (Once I get pregnant I won't be trying to lose weight; just avoiding putting too much on hopefully)
