Overthinking AF post miscarriage

I miscarried at 11 weeks in May. I lost loads of blood and large clots, saturating pads and through clothes in less than half hour for several hours. I guess because of this the lining in my uterus was thinner than normal for first period after. Lasting only 3 days and not 6. TTC but guessing my cycle shud be as normal now? Even though last AF was different? Always had a regimented cycle.
Only time will tell. I guess. The more I look at this forum and a fertility app the crazier I'm getting.

My first AF was light. It has taken 3 months to resume normal cycle and it is different to my cycle pre-mc - healthier. Everyone is different. It takes a while to recover physically and hormonally. Your fertility app will not be factoring any of this in. Look out for EWCM, cramping, physical signs of ovulation. You could use opks. I would say it's unluckly your cycle will be normal but it could be.
