Over a year and now a BFP!

Well after a year of trying and then deciding to leave it till next year as we have booked our holiday i have a BFP.
Im kind of in shock and slighty anxious as if all goes well i'll be taking a 1-2 month old abroard but im sure it will be fine :S

My only problem is i want to feel excited but im only about 5 weeks and i work on a gynaecology ward for my sins, which means i know and see EVERYTHING!
