Ov pains?

For ladies who get ov pains - what do they feel like? If it's possible to describe...? I had a really sharp pain earlier for maybe a minute or two on the right hand side just near my hip bone I guess, slightly further in than that. Could that be it?? I haven't ovulated in the past ten months since coming off the pill so no idea what it feels like!

I'm never 100% if what im feeling is ov but yeah sometimes like a sharp pain, other times like an ache for a minute. It's very subtle. Remember a lot of women don't feel it so just because ur not sure doesn't mean ur not ov'ing xx

Thanks. I haven't had a period since I came off the pill so pretty sure not ov'ing. What I felt yesterday is probably nothing but it was just a bit weird - sometimes you just get a feeling about things?!

Anyway we BD'd last night so we'll see I guess!

Mins a constant ache in my ovaries like a heavy dull pain sometimes it hurts to sit down and wen I have sex it feels like mr winky is actually in my womb lol I've always had bad of pain gd sign so the doc tells me lol xx

Hi, I can't say for definite either but last couple if times since I've been off the pill I've had sort of a dull ache on either one or both sides near my hip (bit further in) followed by occasional cramp. Aches last for 10/20 mins and come and go throughout the day.

Mine are dullish niggly cramps, always worse on one side than the other and lasts a few hours to a day or so, maybe your ovaries are revving up after coming off the pill, sounds like a good sign xx

Thanks ladies - they've got to get themselves back into action sooner or later surely?! I keep saying to my dh I have lazy ovaries haha!
