I have a pile that is sooo sore it feels like my bum is torn or something. I've just been to the loo and had a wee (not even a poo) and my pile is bleeding? I've been using anusol regularly and am gunna have a warm bath later to try and help! Has any1 else sufferered with this throughout their pregnancy? Also I keep gettin a stinging sensation in it, like wind is trying to get out but the pile is stopping it?xxxx

drink apatmil the pro by yogate it worked for me hunni, plus makes it alot easier to go toilet x x x

No advice, but you're not alone. I have a pile permanently there, will not go back in lol Mostly just itches and few specks of blood on wiping, but hasn't been too much trouble.

I just hope they go away after pregnancy? Pleeease someone say they do lol

Arghh they're horrible aren't they! I'll deffo get that aptimil though and give that a try! I left mine for ages not realising what it was and now it's soo itchy all the time! I hope they go away after birth too!!! Lol xxx

Have lots of hot baths and eat lots of fruit, cut out caffeine and drink LOtS of water. I have these pretty regularly and bleed a lot, and the above helps. Also get some any sol cream if you don't already have it! I also find pelvic floors help. It should only be bad for a couple of days if you do the above and especially pelvic floors in the bath! Xx

lots of fiber weetibix ect. Mine hurt at first now i dont notice them. X

I had the same problem and I started eating wholemeal bread and pasta. It is also important to drink at least 6 glassess of water everyday. Oh, and pelvic floor exercises and yoga were also helpful.
