Opk help please ladies

I am going to try opk's this month and wanted some advice. It's too late to buy off eBay so wondered what ones are best to buy from the shops. I have used clearblue digital ones before but they are quite expensive. Also when do you bd, is it when you get your surge or the day after, are you ovulating when you get your surge? Sorry for so many questions but going to try and feel positive this month and try to do everything right to increase our chances. Xx

I only used the sticks intended for the CBFM but they worked one on their own and are actually cheaper than the CB OPKs intended for use by themselves, so that's what i'd recommend.

Ideally you bd on the days you have positive OPKs for certain.

Then the following cycle you will have a better idea of whenthe surge will happen and you can do it a few days in advance too
