oops! feel guilty now!

Oops, just ate a piece of pate and toast, then remembered it was on my banned list! Help, feel dead guilty now and hope everything will be ok with LO. Im sure one piece wont pose too much trouble but I feel dead guilty!

True not to worry about it, i've been told you can't have steak unless its well done, which i absolutely detest, but every now and then i've been having a rare one although i have ensuring that its a really good quality one and cooked by someone whose better at it than me!
