Its not too late, was reading the leaflet and it says that it doesn't matter if you start later on you will still benefit from the CD.

Been doing the first one 'Pregnancy Relaxation' on/off since tri2 but have to admit I haven't done it for a few weeks now. But I am going to be much better now it is specifically for birth rather than just relaxation
