on and off period type pain in back but nothing like braxton hicks

For the last half hour i've been getting on and off period type pain in my back, can sit perfectly through them they arent majorly painful just a little uncomfortable.
they're nothing like braxton hicks at all i can totally tell the difference between them and these ones.

hoping that they calm down properly soon/tail off, as i really dont wanna have to wake the kids up and cart them down to ohs dads and wake everyone up and then it leads to nothing.

anyone else had this? and it leads to nothing?

Even if not hurting take some paracetamol. If it's nothing to be concerned about the paracetamol will stop everything. If it continues wih regularity or becomes stronger it probably needs checking xx

I havent got any paracetamol I havent brought any in months as I have to have stronger painkillers for my headaches that I get off of the docs. Ive got scan and consultant tomorrow so will mention it to him when I see him its really dull but I know its there.

Hope you feel better soon, ive been getting on and off period pain too especially after toilet visit during the night (when its been a while since ive been) guessing the muscles are all just preparing...let us know how you get on.

They trailed off towards 1am and managed to get some sleep but kept waking up. Ny youngest has been up since 5 this morning and full of energy running about and shouting.
Ive had a few twinges here and there but not too much to moan about.
Course ill let you all know how I get on today xx

Suspected pre-eclampsia blood pressure is 155/88 just waiting to have my BP rechecked and had bloods taken

Oh dear sorry to hear this. What are they going to do now? Are the pains connected to P-E? Never heard of that...

Said its not connected but to keep an eye on them. Just waiting to see consultant again

i got home just before 6 just in time to get the kids ready for bed and have a cuddle and something to eat with them.
i have to go back in again tomorrow morning at half past 10 to check blood pressure again and see if the tablet they had given me is working even thought the last time they gave it me it did nothing and didnt work at all.
said i will probably be induced/or c-section at 36/37 weeks just gotta see how things roll out.

gotta have more tests done, i was there from half 10 this morning til half 3, having ctgs and bloods tests and urine tests for protein and blood pressure done.
consultant wasnt happy with babys movements so gotta go in again tomorrow for more repeat blood tests and ctgs. I could feel her move and that but they said it wasnt enough and it seemed she was a little too sleepy. 3 times i was put on the monitor as well today
