braxton hicks

    hi girls need some tips to help with uncomfortable braxton hicks am getting them most nights now as soon as i lie down midwife advised changing position and drinking more water as sometimes if you get a bit dehydrated it can set it off anybody else have any suggestions? they are not painful just uncomfortable and stopping me sleeping they last about 2 hours every night its got so im needing to go bed earlier to try and get to sleep at a reasonable time xxxx
