kids had already been to a party on saturday night and again on Sunday afternoon and we were all knackered and I really couldn't be bothered to get up to answer the door all night!

Next year, we will be out trick n treating ourselves with the baby!

Nobody comes to our door coz it's a flat. We don't even turn the buzzer off coz it's so quiet here anyway. Where I used to live we would get 14-16 year olds knocking with no costume on expecting money not sweets. Little scroats xx

i heard on the radio the other day, someone, i *think* it was sara cox saying her areas crap so last year they drove to an area full of rich americans and this year one of her neighbours went round and told all the other neighbours they HAD to get swweets and be in at a certain time

and rayoflight, thats well cute, at least she said please!!

We had that, my LO went to my mum and dads for the afternoon on Sunday and I picked him up about 5.30pm and noticed kids climbing out of cars and then going trick or treating down the road, when we were little we were only allowed to go round our area and sometimes visit family, my parents would never of dropping us off anywhere else! x x

thats terrible driving to another area!!!! Surely the only good side is that it encourages neighbours to socialise! I hate the attitude of 'see how much stuff I can get' its everything thats wrongwith our country summarised in one evening

i raelly reall hate it! i just dont understand the concept! 364 days a year we teach stranger danger, tell kids not to talk to strangers, accept sweets off strangers or beg and then what do we do on halloween?!

I'm serious! We live in a 30 bedroom mansion and lil Dixie wil have an entire wing of rooms to herself! Lol! I wish!
