some kid just knocked on my mum and dads and my dad was like, right are you going to do a trick to get a treat? (thats the way it always was when we were growing up!)

so anyway, this kid just turns round and goes "oh just give us our sweets":shock: so my dad sent him away with no sweets! seriously tho, some kids are being dragged up these days!

The only knock we had was two boys, no costumes nothing. I asked them where their costumes were and they said that was it. I couldnt believe it, load of shit!

We have had loads of children knocking on our door, we ran out of sweets by 6.30 and i bought loads, most of them just took one packet of sweets and said thank you but there was one girl that grabbed about 7 packets of sweets and then ran off! How cheeky! x x

last year i had the door open with these lads stood there getting their sweets and this girl just walked across the road, stuck her hand in the bowl and fooked off  i was too shocked to say anythin, especially seeing as her parents were with her!

Lol. You would have thought that there parents would have taught them manners!
I live in a quiet spot, so luckily haven't had any this year, didn't have anything to give them anyway :haha:

i haven't had any either, I think most of the kids round here are scared of us, OH looks like a scary hairy caveman lol!

We went the cinema to avoid them lol but then again everyone round here is about 80

We had a few and then went out and left the sweets outside when we came back there was a few left, we thought it was well cute that they had left some incase more people came xx

Glad I live in a flat plus I turned my buzzer off and went bed hehe by half nine... Bliss x

We went to a mates house lol!! When we got back the door knocked once but we ignored it - haven't got anything to give them lol

We saught refuge at my parents house, I think my mum scared the kids more than they did her  I don't think we would have had any guisers though, there are loads of kids around here but our Collie is very territorial and barks at anyone who comes up the driveway, I've heard them many a time saying not to go near the house :) She's the sweetest thing too :)

we only had one set of kids and they got sweets twice from us because they knocked on our front door and then the side one but they didnt know and it was very funny to see their little faces!

I love halloween and wanted to have lots of trick or treaters but now we have lots of sweets left over for me to eat :)

I took the girls out, knocked on a few doors, had to tell them off as at one door they went to take hand fulls of sweets when told only to take one! kids and sweets though, would think they've never had any before lol, when we got home we had one knock as they saw us coming in, they didnt get anything, should have let us get in and our coats off before knocking and i might have given them some sweets lol

this was our first halloween in the new house so I was nervous. We had about 4 calls. They were all genuine kids under 10 (ish) dressed up and trick or treating in groups, each time with a parent watching at the end of the drive. They all said thankyou and everything. Think we got a good area here!

We had loads! Luckily husband bought a load of sweets but we ran out about 7pm.
There was this one gorgeous little girl dressed as a cat, must've been no more than 2 and she just stuck her hand out and said "sweets please!" her mum was mortified but I thought she was adorable!

I only got one, My neighbours kid, Didnt know her before last night and then spent 6 hours talkin to her LOL

Her kid knocks on the door.. I walk up and look through the spy hole to see who it is, see this lil boy and think CRAP i dont have any sweets! ( i live in a flat block, top floor LOL wasnt expecting anyone) I thought about ignoring it.. Then heard the lil boy go "Mummy! I heard someone insideee!" so had to open the door and gave him a pound...

Then about an hour later I realised I did have sweets in the cupboard :wall:
