I've always thought I had a 28 day cycle cause it's the norm..but now I'm wondering if I have a 30 day cycle? How can I tell? I'm worried that I'm missing my fertile days!

the first day of your cycle ie first day of your af is day one..... i had a 26 day cycle so my af would start on day 27.... ie day one...

Hi, yeah that does help! I will have to keep a record of when AF comes and leaves, I'm sure it's 28 days, never really had to think of it before! Thanks v much x

If you have a look at my chart it should help you see whats what. Day 1 was the first day of my AF and my AF finished on day4.... your last day of you cycle would be the day that your AF arrived for example day 28 if your AF arrived the next day.
