We spent all day yesterday on the phone to the police but they opened the case, gave us a crime number and immediately shut the case again cos theres no winesses, evidence or suspects

My car, Daniels car and 3 others in our street got done. Mines the fooking worst out of them all though

Our insurance companies are sorting it out, my excess will be £120 and Daniel's will be £250. Thats £370 we could have done with in our pockets but never mind. I hope whoevers done it is pleased with themselves

oh Kirsty i am really sorry, i had our back window smashed in on mothers day this year, so i know how it feels to have your nice car vandalised, i'd only had my car 5 months.

hope they get someone for it hun.

The damage on my car has been quoted at £1200 cos it'll have to be a complete respray on 2 panels.

I pay £120, the insurance company pay the rest. And my no claims is protected so apart from paying that £120 I dont really lose anything

Daniels decided to get his done privately for £250 cos if he claims on his insurance he loses his no claims and his premium will double next year

Not sure when his is getting done but Im taking mine into the bodyshop tomorrow so they can do an inspection, then hopefully get it booked in before it starts to rust

There are some right tossers in this world arent they. At least you have some peace of mind that you werent being targetted personally as the other cars all got done. Not that thats much comfort but if it was just mine done I'd be paranoid. You could really do without that at this time, mindless idiots

Thats exactly how we feel, its bad but it would be worse if it was just us.
