The elective section went ahead as planned and baby Oliver was delivered at 11.01am on St Andrew's day, 30th November 2010 weighing a dinky 7lb 6oz. My gestational diabetes has not affected his levels at all and he has been given the all clear although needs further hip check by GP at 6 weeks as he is still a little frog like due to being breech and he failed his hearing test on the right side but may be just gunk in his ear due to being 38 weeks gestation.

Were both doing fantastic considering the section and came home today at 3pm. Oliver has a very excited big brother, 4.5yr old Charlie, who adores his baby brother.

Will post the full details of the delivery as soon as possible

Huge congratulations to you and family, Oliver is a cutie and he looks soo much like his big brother!

You take it easy, they let you out soo quickly nowadays after a section, easy to overdo it esp with another little one about!
