Do you know why the manufacturers of Olbas/Karvol say not to put the drops directly onto nightclothes? It would seem the most logical place to admisiter it?
The only thing I can think is that they might tough their pyjamas and then get it on their hands and in their mouths/eyes.
Tom's in a grobag and lies on his tummy so I always put the karvol on the back of his grobag.

The instructions also say avoid contact with eyes and skin so it's probably because they think if you put it on your childs pillow or pj's they might rub it in their eyes or on their skin. I think it will be ok to put it on their clothing though if you put it on the back of the neck or something where they can't reach.
