OH's and your appointments

Ive not had to have any internal scans and as far as Im aware they dont do them as routine anymore like they used to years ago so not sure if you will necessarily get one?


Also yeah Dh has been to all our appts and scans etc but doesnt come to my weekly diabetic clinic as pointless really but def when its anything to do with scans booking in etc etc his is and will be there for the rest of them xxxx

I wouldnt worry, like others said, an internal is not routine. It may just be the hospital I go to - a girl I know goes to the same hospital and has a weak cervix and they always do internals to measure how her cervix is holding up. I was told there was nothing to worry about, baby was fine, and all they needed was the measurement. Must be different procedures for different hospitals.
However, its really not as bad as it seems, better than a smear test! And im not going to turn down the opportunity to have another scan!

Good luck and your OH will love going along to scans! Mine was almost a blubbering mess, bless him!
