Im here to moan once again it was 1045pm we were sitting int he living room watching nanny 911 and i had to pee so up i went thgen all of a sudden felt reallys ick got up just in time tohit the sink then from tehn on i cant seem to get off teh toilet have bad diarreah , keep and have a really really bad pain in my tummy .

Does any one think this can be food poisoning ive never had anything like this. its 12am now and im just praying that Kiara dont wake up till morning .It just never ends with me

Hi Katrina

Sorry to hear you've suffering with this, your symptoms sound like how I was when I had a 24 hour bug. I'd eaten the same as my DH and he was fine so the Doctor ruled out food poisioning. I didn't eat anything in the 24 hours and only drank cooled boiled water, the next day I only had plain dry toast and some squash then I was ok.

Hope you get better soon, make sure you keep your fluid intake up to avoid dehydration

Its still acting up thanks for your reply, the only thing different i ate from Bernie was some chicken from a japanese place the afternoon before...
I was told by the 24 hour nurse line to not drink anything till an hour after but thought i would need to drink more to stay hydrated expecually since im breastfeeding.
The nurse thinks i should go to the doc right now but dont wanna waste my time if i will be fine in the morning
Kiara had just woken up so at least i know she will hopefully sleep for a few more hours now.

Aww you poor thing Katrina, I still remember how I was feeling when I was ill and it was 5 months ago!

My Doctor definately told me to only drink cooled boiled water and like you as I breastfeed its important. I could only manage small sips though but it was obviously enough as I was feeling a lot better the day after.

I had to stay close to the bathroom for 2 days though - I couldn't believe it!

I was feeling better when i woke up but its starting upagain think i will try eating some toast.

Kina my af was gone when i woke up yesterday it didnt last very long since having Kiara has only been 3 days at the most thank god

for me its mostly the diarhea thats bugging me the has calmed down loads.
