OH is watching a birthing video on Internet

So OH and I have a day off together today, I'm pottering around and OH is watching a birthing video on his iPhone... I sat down to watch his changing facial expressions and have to say it was hilarious!!! He started of hmming and ahhing and then as it moved to an internal animation his eyes got massive...

HIM "wow babe have you seen how big it will be and how small that bit it's got to get out of is!?!"

ME "umm yes how else did you think it was getting out"

HIM "yeah good luck with that"

He looks shell shocked, think I'll make him a cuppa

lol my OH is the same, I dont think hes really thought through how this pregnancy will come to an end and leave us with a baby. Bloody men get it easy!

My oh has 3 kids already so he pretty much knows what to expect... i'm the scared one... eek!

Well I have my brother to thank for my OH being terrified and as a result isnt planned to be in theatre when I have our girl.

We were all at a friends BBQ last year - OH and brother were bonding over home made cocktails (plenty of spew later for both me and SIL to clean up) and I was speaking to my SIL who was 30 weeks pg with my second nephew. Both of us looked over to the boys huddled over the iPhone watching vaginal deliveries on you tube......I know who the tube is. OH said it had put him off sex, never mind babies for life. All very well at this point as neither of us wanted children. So we laughed at them but I will never forget the horror on my OH face as the baby was born.

Then we get our BFP surprise and he suddenly remembers that drunken haze and its all came back to him. hahaha, could kick my brothers arse. He said if he could prevent another man from suffering a birth like he had and was about to do again for the 2nd time then his job was done. I know he was kidding, he's actually not that bad a man nor a poor excuse for a daddy!!!!

Moral of the story - do not let them near you tube. Lol
