all of a sudden I've got a cold, really bad sore throat mainly

Quick get some paracetamol down your neck! I have just taken some as I have a feeling i am getting a headache! Tried to eat fish and chips as well but i dont think it is going to stay down very long.

Hope you feel better soon. There is definitely something going round though, my DH has a cold and half the kids at school are sniffling.

Wrap yourself up, take paracetamol and recover
