I had a horrible night last night
finally fell asleep around 1:30 and I woke up at 2:30 with bad tummy pains...I then spent the next 1.5hrs being sick until there was nothing left to bring up! I was so tired I almost fell asleep by the toilet. When I woke up at 8am, I felt so dehydrated. I'm looking forward to sleeping tonight!
Congratulations on 27 weeks Flick. I hope your son enjoyed his day at big school! My partner has a 13 year old son from a previous relationship and he stays with us half of the week. I have recently been wondering what kind of an effect our baby will have on him. He has never had to share his dad with anyone and naturally things will change once baby is here. It is extremely hard when couples split and start new families, for all involved.
Lea, everyone I meet tells me how "huge" I am and they think I'm at full term...when I say due date is October everyone is shocked. My partner is taking his son on holiday on the 19th of August till the 30th, I have a niggling feeling that baby may arrive while he's away....I will be a nervous wreck during this time haha I am also ensuring I have everything ready, set up and packed as I will be staying alone while he's away.
I also get bad pains while walking (like painful BH) which cause me to stop until it passes. I panic that it's the start of labour as I'm a FTM and do not know what to expect from labour pains!
I haven't called the midwife once....I end up saving all of my questions for my appointments. Next appointment is next Tuesday, can't wait until she starts measuring me to see how "big" I really am.
Another lovely BH contraction to pass the time! Also...the first July baby was born!!! I've been stalking their thread
