Hello ladies!

Had our scan...all went well. I went in at 11w5d and left being 13w! Jumped forward a bit! New due date is 3rd of October!

Bit gutted as my bladder was empty so had to wait outside and drink loads of water, we went back in 30mins later and I had to pee so bad but my bladder was still empty apparently she did manage to take measurements and we did get a picture but it's not clear. I will try to upload a picture later on!

I am 12 weeks today , cannot believe it until I will have the scan . One week left for me, next Tuesday is the day

Seeing the heartbeat made us realise this is really happening haha exciting times!!! Got to wait 7 weeks to see baby again! Another countdown begins!

I'm excited to see all scan pictures

Great news Olivia. I have my next scan tomorrow. Should be measuring 12w then and they can give a more accurate due date and hopefully do the tests. Only a week since I last saw it but I am excited again, and feeling sneaky that I managed to get in an extra nhs scan. Fingers crossed all is still ok and I can finally make in public and let the bloat out!

Feeling rubbish too.. I feel very dizzy, like I am going to faint anytime .. Was up at 1 am in the morning and tossing and turning till the morning, awake. I feel very strange..

Introducing our Splodge

We saw clearer images during scan. Didn't have a nice sonographer...she didn't tell us anything about what she could see and she didn't turn the screen round so I could see had to make do with a blurred monitor on the wall near the ceiling, which I could just about see as I was completely laying flat. Almost tempted to pay for a private scan to have a nicer experience! Rant over!

I can't wait to see the remaining scans!! Xx

Hey all,

good to see scan photos! I have mine tomorrow at 10.40 and am really nervous, feel like I have lost all of my symptoms and I fear it is going to be like last time where I go in and there is no heartbeat, feel like I cant eat or sleep at the moment with worry! am 12 weeks 3 days today and really want to start enjoying it all

Thanks for all the good wishes. Had the second scan and all is still looking good, yay. Measured as 12w 2d so new EDD is 9th Oct. Got all the tests done too so fingers crossed I wont hear anything for a few days and then I can guess all is good until I get a letter confirming it in a few weeks. Got the date for my 20 week scan too, have to see an extra person as I have a cyst on one of my ovaries, but they're not concerned about it.

I'm sure everything will be fine for you tomorrow Flick, but I know its hard not to worry. I did the whole time and I'm sure I'll start again soon once the buzz of this wears off.

Sorry to hear the person you had was mean Olivia, surely a key part of the job is to be nice and put people at ease?
