.. October 2016 Mummies - Second Trimester ..

I feel so low today. Very stressed with work and an issue i have to deal with the tax office. Friends of me and my husband are up today but ive just locked myself in the bedroom crying my eyes out and left my husband to entertain. Just feel so miserable. Its been bad the last few days and really hope im not slipping back into depression just a wee bit of hormones. Just wanted to say someone. Hope everyone is good today.

Hormones are a pain! Yesterday I cried a lot, today I'm ok. Hope you have a better day tomorrow Hun. Big hugs xxxx

Thanks tootie and Caroline, youre right just a bad day :)

Had a nap, watched some harry potter and had some fish finger sandwiches (my latest craving it seems) feel a bit better. Need to stop being so hard on myself. Just worked so hard coming off meds to start a family all of last year that i got angry at myself.

I want you to guess mines too claire lol!

I am absolutely over the moon to share that we have a little princess in the way!! Xxx

Awh lovely news Congratulations xx

Hi Hun, Tootie gave you good advice there... Write it off as a bad day and start again tomorrow. I've been crying on a off all day and pretty much all week too. I feel guilty because I am so happy I am pregnant!! I think it's the headaches that are making me even more emotional. I hope your feeling better xx

That sounds like my sort of party! Sleeps, my boy Harry P and fish finger sandwiches!! Glad you're feeling a bit better xx

You have done incredible coming off your meds! And look where you are, sitting pretty in tri two. Amazing! I am going to reinforce my previous comment though and if, for whatever reason, you do slip (and I'm sure you won't because you're doing great) but you will take control and you will fix it, Dr's or however you feel is best, because you are a mummy now. And mummies fix stuff. Lol xx

Applecider I have always been a crier but at the moment it's ridiculous lol. Sorry to hear about your headaches though, must take the shine off it a little sometimes  xx

I'm a huge crier too just now haha! I cried in bed last night at a post on Facebook, yesterday when I asked my other half to throw me my purse and it accidentally bumped me on the chin when I caught it. Oh and not to mention sometime last week I cried for an hour when we came to bed because I don't like the thought of dying:rofl: it's funny thinking of it now but at the time you just feel awful! Hope you are all keeping well tho! X

My headaches get so much worse at work. I don't know if it's the lighting, the computer screens or the extra stress that make them so bad.

I could handle the pain yesterday by relaxing but I just can't today.

Stress is a big factor in my migraines - theyv not happened in a couple of weeks thankfully, because I've developed a genuine fuck it attitude to work these days.

I have Neurology in May - not that they can do much with being pregnant, but some form of management is good because when it happens I lose my sight, then its a really bad migraine for days.

I hope you feel better soon.

If your worried about screen brightness at work, try getting a DSE. I have my screen set to too dark ages ago which made me strain more.

xxxx

I'm just feeling super tierd all the time, got no energy so the housework has been put aside which I should really do but all i want to do is sleep! I thought in tri 2 u are supposed to feel better lol X

No, my only consistent symptom has been to sleep!!

First time round I worked part time, so Id come home at 1pm have a siesta, then do the house work.

Now Im finding most nights I have a wee hour when I get home from work and/or spend the whole weekend recharging!

Not sure if its this pregnancy, or the fact I have Jackson now and work FT. But either way its kicking the shit out of me

xxxx

With my other two pregnancies I was never this tierd however it may be that I do the night shift on weekends and looking after two children plus doing college work and volunteering three times a week, I think it might be getting to me now lol roll on mat leave :) X

I don't know what my excuse is for being so tired all the time. I'm a SAHM and try and nap when DD does but it doesn't seem to make that much difference. Heartburn is kicking in at night too which wakes me up x

Hedgehog I'm exactly the same, a SAHM too and most nights get a pretty decent nights sleep as my son sleeps quite well, but I find myself napping when he does and going to bed early...just so tired all the time. I was tired when pg with him but don't think it was this Bad

I'm sure it's worse this time round. When I think of my last pregnancy I don't remember tiredness

I have just found out my SIL is 6 weeks pregnant and due in Dec. I'm thrilled for them as her and my bro have been trying for a while and sadly suffered an m/c just over 2 years ago. Looking forward to being pregnant together and comparing notes :) xx
