Hi all Hope you're all well...... My SPD has started with a vengeance.... Ouch can barely walk at times, I'm dragging my leg along the floor to save having to left it... and I think it may be a bit of sciatica as feels like a trapped nerve in my lower right back/right bum cheek (lol!) Got caught while I was bending over washing my dd's hair in the bath last night and was stuck bent over for about 10 mins!!

I had it on my previous 3 pg's but didn't find anything that worked to ease it really

Well, that's my moan but hope you're all enjoying the start of the 'blooming' phase

I'm really tired and headachey too, I'm getting lots of sleep at night but still wake up exhausted. This headache has lasted 3 days so far. Aggghhhh!!

I think I am on day 10 for this headache it comes back every day at 2pm! I just want to sleep all the time. You doing anything to soothe it?? Hope it gets better for you soon. How are you generally?

I had some heart palpitations tonight and I can't stop moaning! I must be driving my Mum and Boyfriend nuts!

I know I'm driving OH mad, I just ca t get comfy at night and don't stop fidgeting haha. Touch wood the headache isn't quite so bad today (it's obviously going to hit back twice as hard now I've said that oops!) I hope 2pm doesn't lead to day 11 for you :-/ xx

Sorry I'm not as active these days I'm living like a snorlax. I have been off since Wednesday and I've had a good rest so spending the weekend clearing out shit and doing my blinds finally.

I've updated the new dates from the last couple pages. If I've not changed anyone let me know. Also let me know if your team yellow if I haven't already got that down as can update that now.

Must go update myself to team blue now yay.

Finally announced on Facebook I gave in trying to do a picture instead Jackson did a video gender and pregnancy reveal. So that's went down nice.

Im taking Mac's advice and drinking some more water. I also went for a walk even though I feel rough and it made me feel so much better! I can't get comfy either and I'm only 15 weeks haha. Hope your headache stays away xx

I find out if I'm having a bubba boy or a girl tomorrow, but I can't get exited for it because I need to drive up to Edinburgh and the thought is scaring the shit out of me!!! Living in a small town the furthest I have drove away is Newcastle, and that is a straight road there and back. Edinburgh I need to go on the city bypass AND into the city centre and I'm so nervous. x

Hi ladies 13+4 today getting bigger but still no symptoms. I think I officially feel lucky to not have symptoms Russellmuscle, could you change my EDD to 25th October? We've decided to find out the sex after a very very long talk about it so will hopefully be finding out on the 31st may at our 20 week scan (it's an earlier scan at 19 weeks) so we will hopefully know what our 2 bundles of happiness are just 4 days before we marry yaaaay it's my birthday tomorrow (my first one sober in many years quite looking forward to it xxxx
