*** October 2015 Mummies ***

Petchy - I don't blame you for that grin my lovely, it is a beautiful belly full of baby you have there :)

My scan went well! The baby was very active and literally jumping around! We are very happy and relieved :)
Feel free to guess the gender - I have no idea!

I think somewhere i read about a kink in the neck (no idea lol)
Do you have a preference,?

Thanks ladies x

Mrs, i would like a little boy :)

I'd love a girl
I hate to say but i think I'd initially be a bit disappointed with a boy
I'll love them regardless and I'd get over it
But I've always dreamt of a little princess!

Really great pics ladies I'm smiling over here for you x KH -I think a little boy..that's what I first thought just a hunch are you going to find out later on? x

Morning all! Well, I didn't dare say it out loud these past few days for fear of jinxing it, but as I'm now on day 3 with no nausea I think it may well have passed.

got my booking in appointment this morning! They can never find a vein so expecting to be treated like a pin cushion! Ouch!

They didn't do bloods at my booking in, due to new guidelines they now don't do them until after week 12. Dunno if it's the same in the UK - it's a fairly new thing here, so not even all MWs and Drs know yet.

Quote from new guidelines - translated into english by me:

Blood samples in pregnancy should be collected between weeks 12-16. The reason for this is that recent findings show that samples collected before week 12 can overlook antibodies (which your child may have inherited from the father), because antibody production is not yet high enough to be detected.
