*** October 2015 Mummies ***

congrats mumagain. Had my scan this morning and all great. Measuring exactly. Phew! I also cried! Ha x

Congrats to you too Georgesmum, it's such a relief to see that tiny heartbeat isn't it? I hope you are feeling a little less sicky now. Happy scan day, we are only three days apart :)

MrsS143 - Oh no!! you poor thing!! I hope it doesn't last too much longer :(

Ooooooh! My private gyn forgot to put in the system that she was gonna take a few days off over Easter - so they just called me from the clinic to re-schedule. So I'll be going for a scan Thursday next week now! I'll be 11+2 (as opposed to 12+0 for the original scan date) and I wonder how much of a difference the 5 days will make in terms of what we'll see in there. I remember there being a MASSIVE difference when I had a scan at 9+4 and then at 12+0 with my DS.

SO excited!

Lovely to see happy scans ladies, well done.

Gail, hold on hon, it does get better soon, but omg its rough getting there. Xxx

10 weeks today, and the nausea has kicked in an extra gear. Nothing compared to what some of you poor ladies are experiencing, but was actually sick yesterday for the first time. I still can only stomach really bland tasting food, which is unusual for me - I'm usually a sucker for a curry!

Petchy, I'm 10w4d and was sick yesterday for the first time too! I really thought that the nausea was meant to get better towards 12th week, not worse?! I don't feel great today either...

KHTW - I thought the same thing... Plus with my DS I wasn't even nauseus, so I thought I was just one of those "lucky ones". Hah, serves me right, I guess ;)

I know it's way to early but have you been thinking of the names yet? My scan is in 9 days, hope the baby is good & healthy and we can start the name game :yay:

We've had a girl's name ready since before conception - but have NO clue about names if it turns out to be a boy... It better be a girl!!!

There is so many nice names - how will we ever decide!! Here's my picks (OH hasn't been consulted yet )
Boy: Adam, Samuel, Kaleb, Abel, Daniel
Girl: Nina, Tamara, Amelia, Lydia, Lena

How will we ever choose?!

You don't have to choose. We went into the delivery room with a list rather than a specific name and when Jess appeared she was definitely Jessica!

Haha! This is what I don't get - how can you tell the baby looks more like Tom than Peter? Maybe you have to be a parent already to understand that :)

Our chosen girl's name is Leonora by the way, after OHs great grandmother

I like it, it sounds very aristocratic!

Got a scan at epu tomorrow. Currently experiencing a threatened miscarriage at 9+2.
Started bleeding yday. No severe pain just twinges feel like a period ( I would of been due within this last week)
Bleeding getting lighter though I'm being realistic an expecting the worse. Sod law seeing as morning sickness kicked in on Sunday !!!!

I had a really awful vivid dream last night
We went for the 12 week scan and there was nothing there
Piglet had just disappeared without a trace of ever being there!
And the sonographer didn't even seem all that bothered either :(

And today for the first time in a month i didnt feel sick all day
Normally I'd feel grateful but timed with that dream I feel worried now
Although over the past hour it's started to build again thankfully :(

I never thought I'd say I felt thankful to feel sick!
