Numb hands and feet, pins and needles

Anyone else experienced this? My foot, no particular one, will just go numb and get pins and needles if I'm sat down for a while. Yesterday it happened at the hospital whilst waiting for my scan and took a while for it to come round before I could put proper weight on it.

Also had it a few times in my hands too, especially at night. But I'm guessing that's down to carpal tunnel, I had it with my daughter but never this early on.

Could it be baby pressing on a nerve? It seems to be happening most days now, especially with my feet. Xx
